This role involves critical customer onboarding and meticulous account reviews while ensuring adherence to KYC/KYB requirements. You'll be responsible for effective communication with clients, data management across systems, and maintaining high standards of accuracy throughout your tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer inbound and outbound support in a contact center
• Assess customer accounts for discrepancies and completeness
• Update information accurately during interactions
• Document all customer contacts aligning with procedures
• Communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams
Requirements:
• Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written
• At least 1 year of customer service in finance
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced landscape
• Knowledge of KYC/KYB beneficial
