What You'll Be Doing:

• Processing customer orders and managing order entries

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries

• Tracking shipments and providing delivery updates

• Supporting sales representatives with account-related requests

• Collaborating with shipping, quality, and operations teams

• Maintaining accurate records within CRM and ERP systems

• Communicating service updates professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

• 2+ years of customer service, order processing, or related experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Oracle or SAP is an asset)

• Stable work history with a focus on long-term employment

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
