In this role, you will manage billing inquiries and provide exceptional service to insurance agents, branch staff, and customers. You'll investigate billing issues while handling around 50 calls daily, ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this dynamic insurance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service to Licensed Insurance Advisors and Contact Centre staff
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with partners
• Support inbound billing inquiries professionally
• Communicate effectively through phone and email interactions
• Take ownership of customer inquiries for resolution
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a contact centre, preferably insurance or banking
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word processing
• Flexible for rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
