This full-time role requires you to manage leads, handle patient inquiries, and assist in the sales process for Tandem's innovative insulin pump technology. Flexibility in handling both sales support and insurance verification tasks is essential. Your goal will be to meet key performance indicators while ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage and follow up on sales leads
• Respond to inquiries from patients and health professionals
• Explain product operations and benefits clearly
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate insurance verification and product shipments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year in customer sales support
• Bilingual in English and French
• Knowledge of diabetes and related therapies preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
