Elevate customer experience as a Customer Service Representative with J&J Vision in Markham, Ontario. This pivotal role involves managing order fulfillment and inquiries via multiple channels.
As a 12-month fixed-term contract representative, you will support both customers and internal departments to enhance service quality. Your primary focus includes order processing, resolving customer issues, and providing product insights. With a strong analytical mindset, you’ll help improve organizational processes and maintain efficient customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, or EDI
• Resolve queries and complaints with a problem-solving attitude
• Advise on product availability and inventory
• Partner with internal teams for process improvements
• Analyze service metrics to identify enhancement opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum of high school diploma
• At least 2 years in customer service
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach
