As a Tesla Delivery Advisor, you will collaborate with various teams to streamline operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities include preparing loan documents, managing trade-ins, and supporting pre-delivery interactions. A passion for sustainable energy and team-oriented mindset are essential to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare customer loan documents for delivery appointments
• Demonstrate expertise in Tesla's products and services
• Maximize scheduling efficiency for improved customer experiences
• Compile performance reports and support team training
• Maintain the store fleet and coordinate service and allocation
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver's license in Canada
