In this role, you will assist customers in making service appointments and providing key information about dealership offerings. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, managing phone inquiries, and assisting with complaints effectively. A strong focus on customer satisfaction will help you excel within our supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and ensure top-notch service
• Direct incoming calls and deliver messages
• Provide accurate dealership information to callers
• Answer service questions or escalate if necessary
• Resolve customer complaints with care and integrity
Requirements:
• Mandarin fluency preferred
• Mandatory call center experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of dealership tools is advantageous
• Prior automotive industry experience preferred
