Support customer satisfaction as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at a leading utility management company. Engage with clients in English and Spanish through a flexible hybrid model.
Our client has been instrumental in providing submetering solutions for over 15 years, and now they seek team members to enhance the customer experience. You will address customer needs, manage billing inquiries, and uphold the company's commitment to strong relationships and effective service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process billing corrections and customer inquiries
• Perform move-in/move-out functions within CCB
• Answer incoming calls promptly while maintaining professionalism
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Analyze and resolve billing complaints thoroughly
Requirements:
• Inbound call center experience or similar
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and CCB systems preferred
• Capable of handling stressful situations calmly
