This full-time, entry-level position is your gateway into the healthcare sector at Johnson & Johnson. You will work in Customer Service Operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and communication with both customers and sales colleagues. Essential skills include SAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and exceptional communication abilities to assist in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders via phone, fax, email, or EDI

• Resolve customer queries regarding orders and invoices

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes

• Analyze order trends to identify improvement areas

• Maintain accurate customer account information

Requirements:

• Minimum high school education required

• 2 years of customer service experience necessary

• Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills needed

• Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
