We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative with a minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or distribution. Your skills in managing customer accounts and handling order inquiries will be essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, EDI systems, and legacy ERP systems like Sage ERP is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts and inquiries about orders
• Process orders via EDI systems and manual entry
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams
• Maintain accurate order information in the ERP system
• Resolve customer issues and discrepancies promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, EDI systems
• Experience with legacy ERP systems, preferably Sage ERP
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
