Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Markham, ON. Temporary for 1 year with potential extension. Work Monday‑Friday 8:30AM–5:00PM, hybrid (2 remote, 3 in‑office).

• Answer over the phone and via email/chat in English and French.
• Handle varied volumes of incoming calls professionally.
• Assist customers with online order steps and process orders in the order entry system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Work with a mix of business professionals, consumers, and retailers.

• 2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or corporate setting with high volumes.
• Bilingual (French/English) – written and spoken fluency required.
• Post‑secondary education or relevant work experience; experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or general medical industry is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a small team.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn other PC applications such as SAP or similar order‑management tools.

• Hourly rate of $28–31 per hour plus vacation pay.
• Free parking or proximity to a YRT stop.
• Opportunity to extend or transition to a permanent role after 600 hours.
