This full-time position at a dynamic insurance company allows you to work 37.5 hours weekly, with a blend of in-office training and remote flexibility. Your daily responsibilities include handling billing inquiries and resolving customer issues efficiently. The role operates with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely support for billing inquiries
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with brokers
• Direct inquiries to appropriate teams for assistance
• Communicate effectively via phone and email
• Take ownership of customer inquiries until resolved
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience required
• 1-2 years in a contact centre is an asset
• Strong multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
Deliver exceptional service and support in a hybrid environment while contributing to customer satisfaction.
