As a representative for TD Wealth, you’ll engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and delivering tailored solutions. With 37.5 hours per week and a base pay of $52,700 - $74,400 CAD, your contributions will help drive outstanding customer experiences while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers
• Recommend TD products based on customer inquiries
• Resolve issues promptly and ensure regulatory compliance
• Achieve performance objectives in customer satisfaction and quality
• Participate in training to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary preferred
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• Successful completion of required regulatory course
• Strong listening skills and customer focus
• Proficient in digital tools and multitasking
