Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate technician schedules to meet service demands efficiently

• Reconcile cash and validate service charges effectively
• Support field technicians with necessary information and changes
• Prepare reports based on incoming demand and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to listen
• Proficient in Click Schedule, GERS, and MS Office tools
• Strong organizational skills to excel under pressure
• Completed Grade 12; additional education is beneficial
• Capable of conducting financial analysis and reconciliations
