What You'll Be Doing:- Processing customer orders and managing order entries
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries
- Tracking shipments and providing delivery updates
- Supporting sales representatives with account‑related requests
- Collaborating with shipping, quality, and operations teams
- Maintaining accurate records within CRM and ERP systems
- Communicating service updates professionally and efficiently
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of customer service, order processing, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Oracle or SAP is an asset)
- Stable work history with a focus on long‑term employment
