As a Customer Service Specialist, you will take an active role in understanding customer requirements and providing product support. You'll handle sales administrative tasks like data entry and maintain effective tracking throughout the order process. Critical thinking will play a key role in addressing customer concerns and streamlining operations between multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored guidance
• Manage inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email
• Fill out Customer Complaint Forms for resolution tracking
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment from start to finish
• Handle sales documentation and reporting accurately
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED essential
• 3–5 years in a customer service or administrative role
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
