Your role involves managing service requests and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and communication.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will intake inquiries via Service Now, prioritize requests, and coordinate solutions with vendors and internal teams. You will leverage monitoring tools to proactively support client environments and ensure issues are addressed swiftly. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving in a collaborative context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Intake and manage service requests through Service Now
• Prioritize customer inquiries and coordinate technician dispatch
• Communicate updates effectively with customers and teams
• Evaluate quotes and oversee vendor repair processes
• Utilize tools to monitor and address technical issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years in customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and as a team
Provide effective customer support and enhance service delivery at AVI-SPL as a Specialist.
