This role is for an individual with at least one year of experience in order processing or client services. You'll be responsible for processing and managing sales orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Net Suite, is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor incoming orders and customer inquiries
• Process sales orders, credits, and invoicing
• Handle customer payments and account records
• Resolve shipping and product-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams for order fulfillment
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in order processing or client service
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Experience in wholesale/distribution preferred
• Familiarity with ERP software, especially Net Suite
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite tools
