You will support Hyundai's warranty program by analyzing claims and responding to dealers’ inquiries. Candidates should possess over 5 years of related experience and be versed in automotive policies. With strong communication skills in both English and French, you will be essential in enforcing warranty policies and executing labor rate reviews, thereby enhancing dealer claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process warranty claims and prior work authorizations
• Engage with dealers through hotlines and emails
• Review labor time standard requests
• Analyze dealer submissions for parts return
• Coordinate VIN label requests and installations
Requirements:
• Secondary diploma; automotive knowledge valued
• 5+ years in warranty claims or similar functions
• Bilingual capabilities in English and French
• Strong analytical and independent working skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
