As a Warranty and Customer Care Representative, you will provide critical support to homeowners in their initial experience with their new homes. You will oversee warranty claims, particularly Tarion deficiencies, and ensure each concern is managed promptly. Building relationships and meticulous record-keeping will be vital parts of your daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with homeowners through various communication channels
• Ensure timely response to inquiries with a 24-hour commitment
• Manage Tarion warranty deficiencies and processes thoroughly
• Keep comprehensive records of on-site service issues
• Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspections as needed
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of customer care experience, preferably in construction
• Strong understanding of Tarion warranty programs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• proficiency in MS Office applications
• Driver's license and vehicle availability for site visits
Deliver exemplary customer service and warranty management at JD Development Group.
