Overnight Motivator

Position: Overnight Motivator at GoodLife Fitness
Provide exceptional customer service as an Overnight Customer Service Representative (Motivator) at Good Life Fitness in Markham, Ontario. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and support all members with their fitness journeys.

In this pivotal role at Good Life Fitness, you will interact with members as the first point of contact. This part-time position requires a friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge of club services, and the ability to address member inquiries effectively. Your contributions will help create a safe and engaging environment, fostering positive member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members for their workouts

• Handle incoming calls from members and potential members

• Assist members with Fit Fix and Cardio machine questions

• Manage membership sales and inquiries proficiently

• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED Certification required

• Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
