Become a Tesla Advisor, where your main goal is to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction during vehicle deliveries. This role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance the entire delivery experience.
In this position, you'll be key in supporting customers after they place their orders. You will manage trade-in details, prepare essential documentation, and ensure seamless pre-delivery processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on customer loan documentation for deliveries
• Showcase expertise in Tesla's range of products
• Optimize scheduling to enhance customer experiences
• Generate performance improvement reports and training materials
• Oversee maintenance and management of the store fleet
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada
