We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join a medical supply company in Markham. This is a hybrid opportunity. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with in medical devices, pharmaceutical products, or hospital supplies is considered an asset.
Markham, ON | Hybrid (2 days in office)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$60,000 annually + Benefits & RRSP
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service support to customers and Sales Representatives
- Respond to phone calls and emails in both English and French
- Process orders and track shipments
- Resolve customer inquiries related to products, orders, and service
- Communicate with hospital staff, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Assist with administrative support and maintaining customer records
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer and email communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or hospital supplies is an asset
