In this role, we need a candidate with at least five years of customer service experience, specifically in manufacturing, packaging, or distribution. You will interact with key customers, manage order inquiries, and utilize EDI systems while navigating manual entry processes. Your organizational abilities and attention to detail will be critical in maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries
• Process and manage orders through EDI and manual systems
• Coordinate with sales and operations for timely fulfillment
• Keep detailed records in the ERP system
• Resolve service concerns and discrepancies effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in customer service
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and EDI systems
• Familiarity with legacy ERP systems, preferably Sage ERP
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions
