As an Airline Support Specialist, you will serve as the on-site liaison for API, managing hotel and transportation reservations for airline crews. Your expertise will guide customer interactions and ensure accurate processing of requests while fostering professional relationships. Flexibility is essential, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for airline partners
• Process all client requests promptly and accurately
• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Negotiate with vendors for optimal service outcomes
• Adapt to irregular operations as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• Background in customer service preferred
• Knowledge of GDS and reservation systems a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Availability for flexible working hours
