As a Customer Service Representative at BMO, you will engage directly with customers and understand their banking needs. This position involves advising on digital banking options, managing transactions, and initiating referrals to specialized colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate referrals to appropriate BMO colleagues
• Process customer transactions and handle inquiries

Requirements:
• No experience needed; education in relation is a plus
• Knowledge of personal and commercial banking services
• Comfortable with digital banking tools and applications

• Basic problem-solving and interpersonal skills
