Enhance client interactions with F12 as a Client Experience Manager in Markham, ON. Ensure seamless engagement and satisfaction by managing relationships and overseeing service delivery.
This pivotal role within the Managed Services Organization involves direct communication with clients, supporting their IT needs and ensuring a satisfactory overall experience. You will act as the main contact for escalations and work collaboratively across teams to address client requests promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client needs and expectations clearly
• Communicate effectively to address requests efficiently
• Manage and resolve all client complaints and concerns
• Gather client feedback to improve relationships
• Advocate for the client's voice within F12
Requirements:
• Proven client management experience, especially with recurring clients
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Background in technology is an asset
Deliver exceptional client experiences while contributing to F12’s mission and maintaining strong relationships.
