As a Customer Experience Specialist, your role will be essential in greeting guests and guiding them through their Tesla experience. You will engage in meaningful conversations to personalize their journey, conduct product education, and support the sales pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to be a brand ambassador for Tesla and to showcase the future of sustainable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage walk-in guests immediately
• Understand customer profiles and purchase intent
• Inspire guests with tailored product experiences
• Provide comprehensive delivery orientations to new owners
• Assist in capturing guest information for sales support
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• Strong passion for Tesla's mission and EV trends
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Hold a valid Class 5, G, or G2 license in Canada
