Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers in English and French

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant customer service experience
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• Relevant education or experience in pharmaceutical sectors
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and readiness to learn new systems
