As part of the Service Team at Weins, you will first complete training at Don Valley North Hyundai. You will be responsible for efficiently managing customer inquiries regarding service appointments and offering outstanding support. This role is designed for motivated individuals with a dedication to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage customer appointment inquiries by phone and email
• Schedule service appointments and distribute work for Assistant Managers
• Generate daily lists of appointments and follow up on no-shows
• Address customer requests through the Dealer Voice System
• Complete additional administrative tasks as directed
Requirements:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills essential
