Become a Client Experience Leader at F12 in Markham, ON, dedicated to optimizing client interactions and satisfaction. Manage escalations and enhance engagement across the organization.
As Client Experience Leader, you'll be the go-to person for client needs, managing their overall experience with F12’s offerings.

• Communicate details effectively to address needs
• Resolve client problems with swift and effective solutions
• Build strong client relationships to facilitate repeat business

Requirements:
• Strong background in client management
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Technical background appreciated
