Join our team as a Group Benefits Administration and Service Agent, focusing on member and sponsor communication. This role may require later shifts, ensuring comprehensive support for all plan inquiries.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will act as the primary contact for various group benefits programs. Your responsibilities include resolving issues, managing data, and facilitating member access to essential online resources. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will be essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve sponsor and member issues effectively
• Collect and process member billing data and payments
• Perform regular plan audits and prepare reports
• Respond to member inquiries via phone and email
• Ensure accurate tracking of member enrollment and updates
Requirements:
• College diploma or related experience
• 3+ years in group insurance field
• Bilingual in both English and French
• Strong computer proficiency, especially in Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
