Position: Customer Care Pro at JD Development Group
Support new homeowners as a Customer Care Representative with JD Development Group. Offer guidance, address inquiries, and manage warranty processes for a seamless move-in experience.

This position requires a strong communicator with 3+ years of customer care or warranty experience, preferably in residential construction. You'll act as the main contact for homeowners, ensuring all service requests are handled promptly within a 24-hour response time commitment.

Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with homeowners through phone, email, and more

• Ensure timely responses to all inquiries within 24 hours

• Manage Tarion warranty-related items and defects

• Document and follow up on on-site service incidents

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections directly with homeowners

Requirements:

• 3+ years in customer care or warranty roles

• Knowledge of Tarion warranty program and guidelines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Valid driver's license for site visits
