Amica Swan Lake is looking for a casual Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and team members. In this role, you will utilize your administrative expertise and customer service experience in a vibrant environment. You will contribute to enriching lives by embodying professionalism and warmth in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet residents and visitors with a friendly demeanor
• Respond to inquiries at the front desk
• Manage phone calls, emails, and messages
• Assist in basic accounting functions when needed
• Maintain the resident file system and perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in an office setting is essential
• Flexible schedule for days, evenings, and weekends
