Provide exceptional service as a Customer Support Representative at TD in Markham, Ontario. Assist customers with inquiries and deliver personalized solutions effectively.
TD is seeking a Contact Center Rep II to join its team in personal and commercial banking. This role focuses on addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues through strong product knowledge. Ideal candidates will demonstrate problem-solving skills and empathy, while working primarily offsite after training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding TD products
• Resolve inquiries at the first point of contact effectively
• Meet performance objectives in customer satisfaction surveys
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance role expertise
• Participate in team events to foster collaboration
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
• Strong listening skills and desire to assist customers
