RGH, part of the Heritage Food Service Group of Canada, is the leading service provider in Toronto’s food industry. As a critical first contact for customers, you will handle inquiries, process service requests, and foster strong relationships. Attention to detail in paperwork and data management is crucial in this fully on-site role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound/outbound customer calls courteously
• Process service requests accurately via ERP system
• Maintain strong relationships within Service Department
• Provide updates and manage customer expectations
• Resolve conflicts through effective negotiation techniques
Requirements:
• High school graduation required
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications
• Strong data entry and communication skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a computer
