Your role involves coordinating appointments and assisting field teams while meeting critical deadlines.
In this role, you will process sales and rental contracts while ensuring seamless service for field staff and customers. Key skills include managing Click Software for scheduling and handling customer follow-ups efficiently. You will act as the central communication point, addressing escalations and billing issues while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process sales and rental contracts accurately
• Reconcile sales, rentals, and invoices promptly
• Manage field service work and correction of errors
• Create and schedule customer appointments for services
• Directly handle inbound customer inquiries and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Click Schedule and Salesforce applications
• Ability to manage multiple systems concurrently
• Capable of resolving complaints effectively
• Strong organization and decision-making skills
