• Help customers with Ticket Socket/Universe purchases

• Track ticket sales and monitor venue capacity

• Oversee ticket sales procedures as needed

• Ensure cleanliness in work and retail areas

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Previous retail focus and strong cash handling skills

• Dynamic customer service abilities

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Bilingual skills are a plus
