Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a front-line service representative for customer inquiries

• Interact with various departments to ensure order accuracy

• Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable products

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in a fast-paced contact center

• High school diploma or college diploma relevant to customer service

• Conflict resolution skills and ability to handle escalations

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with customer databases

• Experience with AS400 highly preferred
