Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/French) to join their high-performing team in Markham. • Provide bilingual phone and email support.
• Process orders accurately and follow through to resolution.
• Assist new customers and support online ordering.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain high service standards.

• Experience in B2B environment.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Post-secondary education.
• Contact center experience seen as an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC or similar systems.
• Team player with attention to detail and tech-savvy.
