Your 3-5 years of customer support experience in software will be crucial as you strive to provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as team lead and product expert

• Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally

• Conduct training sessions for application use

• Improve the customer knowledge base and training resources

• Support ongoing process improvements
Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer support

• Familiar with basic accounting and technical concepts

• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree is an asset
