Enhance customer experiences as a Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist age the journey from sale to activation, improving communication and operational efficiency throughout.
As part of telMAX's operations team, you will ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment of service-related orders. This dynamic role prioritizes customer communication, process optimization, and problem-solving. Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to improve fulfillment timelines and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and communicate with customers throughout onboarding process
• Review and correct order information for accuracy
• Identify and resolve potential delays proactively
• Contribute to onboarding materials for customer engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and report findings to management
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer order fulfillment or service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with organizational expertise
• Proficient in CRM and order management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
