Drive customer success at telMAX as a Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist. This role centralizes order management and enhances the customer journey from sale to activation.

Reporting to the Operations Enablement Manager, you'll coordinate service-related field orders and ensure excellence in customer experience. Your responsibilities include proactive communication with customers, order management, and process optimization. Work closely with Sales, Field Operations, and Customer Care to facilitate smooth transitions and timely installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact during onboarding

• Proactively track and manage order slippage

Requirements:

• 2+ years in order fulfillment or customer service
