Jonas Software’s Premier Division is hiring for a new Client Experience Specialist role supporting a brand new product. You will learn the application, client businesses, and construction management workflows. The position combines customer service, technical problem solving, user training, knowledge-base improvement, and process support within Jonas Software.

• Become the product expert for the application
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
• Train users by phone and online meetings
• Deliver empathetic, professional customer service
• Improve knowledge-base and training materials

• Three to five-plus years of customer support experience
• Basic accounting knowledge and technical skill
• Superior problem-solving and conflict-management skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal English communication
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma
