Welcome Members at Good Life Fitness as a Customer Service Representative in Markham, using front desk expertise and strong communication skills.
This part-time Motivator role supports Members and Potential Members at the Markham McCowan and Bullock Club. You will greet arrivals, manage calls, explain memberships, and help maintain positive experiences. The position also includes fitness equipment assistance, Fit-Fix Starter sessions, and membership sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet Members and Potential Members warmly upon arrival
- Check Members in for workouts at the Club
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve Member questions, concerns, and account updates
- Complete cleaning tasks and Club runs as required
- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Previous customer service and sales experience is an asset
