As an Inbound Field Specialist, you become Clutch’s in-person brand representative during an online car-buying journey. You will welcome customers, build genuine connections, and handle questions professionally. Customer-facing experience, comfort with technology, and a valid G2 licence support success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a warm, professional, personal experience
Understand customer needs and build genuine connections
Handle questions, concerns, and unexpected situations patiently
Complete appointments, paperwork, and customer tracking notes accurately
Inspect vehicles and document their condition carefully
Requirements:
Two-plus years of customer-facing service experience
Valid G2 driver’s licence
Clean driver’s abstract without major recent infractions
Clean criminal background check
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Bring customer experience, sound judgment, and vehicle inspection skills to Clutch’s part-time Retail Advisor team.
