Customer Service Warranty Specialist

Support Mathis Home customers through warranty service and returns while managing orders, calls, and face-to-face requests accurately. Work indoors in a climate-controlled environment.

As a Customer Service Tier I professional, you will provide information about customer concerns and assist purchases. The work includes ordering replacement parts, following up with the factory, and coordinating with sales associates. Organization and effective communication support multiple priorities and daily service tasks.

• Provide timely, accurate information about customer requests
• Assist customers, sales, and delivery drivers with purchases
• Handle warranty and return inquiries through calls and conversations
• Order replacement hardware, legs, finials, and upholstery panels
• Follow up with factories on outstanding service orders

• Customer service experience preferred
• Effective communication with team members
• Positive attitude when working with customers
• Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
