Welcome Blue Mountain guests while validating lift tickets and season passes at ski lift lines and RFID access points. Work outdoors in cold weather.
As a seasonal Validation Attendant, you will check guest access products and help visitors understand correct attraction requirements. The position runs part-time from November 21, 2026, through March 21, 2027, with weekend and holiday shifts. Customer service, communication, guest flow, and problem-solving are central to daily work at Blue Mountain Resort.
Key Responsibilities:- Check passes at lift lines and RFID access locations
- Explain attractions, restrictions, and age requirements to guests
- Support guest flow through specific validation pinch points
- Orient guests to Blue Mountain and its attractions
- Redirect incorrect tickets or passes to Guest Services
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors for full shifts in cold weather
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems
- Energetic, friendly, cheerful, and animated demeanor
- Ski or snowboard skills and knowledge are an asset
Use communication, customer service, and access-validation skills to support guests across Blue Mountain’s winter attractions.
