As an Inbound Field Specialist, you become Clutch’s in-person brand representative during an online car-buying journey. You will welcome customers, build genuine connections, and handle questions professionally. Customer-facing experience, comfort with technology, and a valid G2 licence support success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers with a warm, professional, personal experience
- Understand customer needs and build genuine connections
- Handle questions, concerns, and unexpected situations patiently
- Complete appointments, paperwork, and customer tracking notes accurately
- Inspect vehicles and document their condition carefully
- Two-plus years of customer-facing service experience
- Valid G2 driver’s licence
- Clean driver’s abstract without major recent infractions
- Clean criminal background check
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
