RMA Coordinator Customer Service

Coordinate RMA repairs and customer escalations at GE Vernova’s Stafford center using CRM, ERP, and problem-solving skills. Support global service operations.

The RMA Coordinator manages repair and after-sales activities while maintaining accurate CRM and ERP data. You will coordinate requests, repairs, billing, inventory, logistics, and stakeholder communication. The role supports customer satisfaction, product quality, and continuous improvement across functions.

• Manage RMA requests, authorizations, tracking, and repair orders
• Monitor repair status and communicate timely updates
• Resolve customer escalations and coordinate corrective actions
• Maintain CRM, ERP, asset, and repair records
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, billing, and supplier activities

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum two years of progressive relevant experience
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and Outlook
